Stunning Anxiety ring! I was a bit sceptical at first, but I'm genuinely amazed by the subtle changes it's brought into my life. It's been a game-changer in helping me cope with anxious habits like nail-biting and finger-picking.

I got this ring set for myself, I have ADHD. Just something that I can fidget with but I wasnt expecting it to spin like an actual fidget spinner on ball bearings but it does. It goes really fast and is absolutely adorable to play with.

Good quality item - Matches description but I had Issue with the delivery (which is why 4 stars). But the Seller was helpful and sorted everything.

I absolutely love this ring. I fidget with it through out my day. Its good for you to be able to have something to fidget with, but discretely. Its pretty and adjustable so can fit pretty much anyone.

I bought this ring to distract me from picking on my nails/fingers when anxious and so far it does the job! it is beautiful and delicate and I love the fact that it is adjustable so it can be worn on any finger. I have been wearing it pretty much everyday for the past 2 weeks and it seems to be holding up just fine 🙂
